To-Do List: Do you keep one?

Keeping a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual To-Do List is the only way I can manage my busy lifestyle and make sure what ever time I have is being used wisely on things that are actually important! Do you guys keep a To-Do List? What types of To-Do Lists do you keep? Are there any tips you have that help you make sure what ever is on your list actually gets complete and doesn't drag onto the next day?

I use a tool from Google called Keep...syncs to my phone and multiple computers. Also has the ability for multiple to-do lists. Simple yet an effective tool. I have also used Evernote in the past although I find it a bit clunky.

One?? I usually have five or six going at a time!!! How do people cope with one? I have one for a week, one each day, one for work, then I have short terms ones, like "Christmas".

Multiple lists are definitely needed.

I go about this with a smartphone app called Any.Do
Great APP

I was actually using Any.Do for a while, but I found the interface cumbersome.
Now I use a combination of a text file on my computer that syncs to the cloud and google calendar (which has really improved btw), which works great.
