Green Tea the best diet plan

I heard that green tea is best for reducing fat and for building a healthy body. Anyone has tried green tea? Share your experience.

Yes, keep green tea in your diet. it have lots of benefits like reduce the chance of diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol, blood pressure etc.

If you are using green tea keep it with your diet. I tried it but no change in my weight but it stays with the same.

Hi, I’m a retired businessman aged 64 and weighs 246 Pounds. Now I’m not able to go out for any workouts or exercise. But I didn’t see any big change in my body. My Son-in-law suggested me to enroll in a weight loss program to manage my weight. If anyone tried this please share your experience. Do you know any successful programs or supplements to manage weight please suggest your opinions?

Yes, indeed it is. I always have a cup of green tea. It is the best for skin, you health, and it helps you cleanse your body. I think everyone should be trying this.

Yes! Green tea is good for reducing fat and I would suggest doing exercises also.
