Green tea is very much good for our health. It would be good if you include it in your diet. There are many benefits of green tea. It can lower the risks of various types of cancer, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Yes, green tea is good for our health. I'm having it daily in the morning before my breakfast as I heard it helps to reduce weight.
