why the Admins are not responding, or removing a regretful comment ??

Last week (Feb23, 2018) while heated, i had posted an anonymous comment, regretfully filled with personal attacks and degrading language against a specialist doctor ...

I can not edit my comment at issue, because i was not logged in. I flagged it and i have sent numerous requests for the removal to the followings powers:
- Support by email,
- private messaging the forum Admins,
- privately, and openly messaging the web support Admins
- and by messaging the "Contact Us" forum .....

And i made all those requests from here the same computer & IP number and i submitted the exact link regarding my offensive comment .... Despite all that, i still have not a received a single response from any of those Admins and folks.and my comment is still being posted

Also, noticeably, I no longer see the Flag option available to my regretful post, Does that mean my comment will remain posted despite my pleas for removal ...

This is terribly frustrating and traumatizing. i would truly appreciate all responses, and i would be eternally grateful to any Admins to assist me in this matter to remove the comment, hence end my anxiety and stop severe stress, thus help me to regain my lost peace of my mind.
