Hi Natalie, I'm, also, struggling with the same issue here in toronto ...
Besides the "Contact Us" forum, I have sent several requests (including an email to supportATratedmds.com and a Prvt Msg to an Admin) in order to have Ratemds remove for me a regretfully vile and personal comment i posted on Feb23, 2018 against a doctor
As you see, i have completed all the proper forms for the comment removal. But so far no response from any folks from Ratemds, while this is causing me lots of anxiety.and undue stress
I would be very grateful if you/Ratemd can allow me to edit my comment in question, so i can give a more balanced, honest review, but If not, then, please, please, please remove it for me immediately
