Had surgery to remove vericous vans. Treatment was below par by the staff. Surgeon needs practice as well. I had seven insiciens and the next day the stitches came out of 2 one being serious causing a extra month rehab and home nursing.

I delivered my baby at the Grey Nuns and we were more than happy with the delivery staff at this hospital. Especially a nurse named Laila, I cannot say enough good things about her.

I don't care about the lobby, I don't care about the equipment storage, but the nurses are wonderfully reassuring and caring, and the medical staff has been outstanding. This hospital, like all the others, is trying to do way too much with way too little, and with the exception of one nurse who's kind-of a bully and one doctor in ER who was incredibly grumpy, everyone has been awesome.

Have spent a lot of time there as a family member to my relatives who have heart attacks, heart failure, and pneumonia, also Asthma. The Cardiac care unit was great, they went over and above. The ER department broke a very big rule, they had a staff member who took it upon themselves to phone my husband's ex-wife and tell her about his heart attack and treatment. Staff member was a neighbor and friend of ex-wife. Took grandchild in for breathing problems and she was miss diagnosed . Curtains between beds often have blood or stool on them. Air vents that sit beneath windows have paper and garbage in them . There is thick dust in most departments on pull down lights, Fire alarms , Emergency kits that hang on walls in the halls and garbage overflows. Often hallways have been used to store equipment.

Clean to a fault! friendly staff outside of ER. In ER, it's as if you don't matter. Triage nurses need to be trained in treating all patients as humans and not merely numbers.

They should listen to their patients and respect the wished of their patients. Not loosing patient files is also a good thing. Maybe not making their patients mor sick then when they arrived might be a good thing too,

Literally everytime I go there I am told there's nothing wrong with me and I am basically wasting everyone's time. I will never step foot in this hospital again

Went in for a colonoscopy, told to be there for noon and I was , finally got in for my colonoscopy at 215pm. Change room had a sign over the waste basket, please don't pee (yes--pee, not the word" urinate", in basket, use washroom. Really, there are people who pee in the waste basket, where do these pigs come from--I wonder. The hospital entry is flanked by smokers and the front lobby is grubby.
