I hate this place! Only way to be seen quickly is going at 4 or 5 am when no one is there! SMMFH

The slowest, most inefficient service I have every seen. The RN's were fine, however, the amount of workers and the lack of work done should be concerning.. The front check out ER staff are rude and unwilling to help. Put down your cell phones and pick up a book.

They will not take any insurance that I am eligable for. They are all about the money and their ER is atrocious! No place to lay down except the floor. 6 + hour wait in a room full of sick bleeding people, complaining. If you live through that, you will probably ctch something else.

Ambulance brought friend to hospital with severe abdominal pain and nausea. There are too many issues to list here. He begged for relief but received zofran for nausea. First put him in a room then a nurse stated room was not available. Moved him out and other patient able to walk to the room. Another time came and took him for Ct scan. Brought back in 10 minutes and said they had gotten the wrong patient. The sharpie box was full. There was debris on the floors, pieces of old bandages and end caps of sharpies. There appeared to be one MD for the entire ED and he app to be past retirement age. Hallways were lined with beds. There was a bleeding prisoner in the hallway covered in blood the entire time yelling profanities. They never put him in isolation but allowed everyone to have to endure his offensive behavior for hours. I learned it was 8 pm and there were patients around me who had been there since am and hadn't seen an MD. Thank God he passed a kidney stone and we left fast!

My daughter waited to see a doctor for 6 hours in the ER! She saw a nurse two times in the 6+ hours she was there. She had been in a car accident - granted it was her fault - but still NO ONE should have to wait until the next shift to see a doctor. She got to the ER at 3am and wasn't seen until about 9am! Do not go to the AnMed ER if you are sick or injured!

ER-... Seven plus hours before my daughter was seen for a potentially dangerous situation in her 9wk pregnancy. She hasn't been seen yet!!! No communication from staff to explain why she hasn't been seen. She has been begging for antinausea meds for hours.
