ER bed wasn't even cleaned yet I was assigned the room. The EMT had to remove the sheets and make the bed without having the cleaning materials to wipe down the bed. The staff didn't even change my nightgown to a hospital gown. The attitude was one of disinterest yet I was in a crisis situation with the inability to walk. It took over two hours to be given an IV for the ordered medication administration. I was FORCED to have a closed MRI when I have claustrophobia due to military events. The xray and MRI showed critical conditions yet no doctor accepted my care and wanted to transfer me elsewhere due to the severity. The ambulance had to take me by state law to the closest facility and this was it. This is not a trauma center if it is handled like this. The ER was in a low event capacity yet nothing was considered urgent except if they were forced due to cardiac issues or the police brought someone in. It took over eight hours for xray and MRI coordination. Admission appeared to be an issue. Transfer to another facility was recommended and the ER staff didn't want to coordinate. Also a personal expensive article was stolen while there. Of course no one said it was a part of my belongings yet it was a nurse that removed it since it would interfere with the MRI and the IV was in place so it required the nurse to remove. This was an unexpected visit so the item couldn't be removed before arrival. There wasn't any family to watch the belongings. Also when I arrived, no one took an inventory of my belongings. The staff said no one would touch my belongings since the hour of the night and low level of patients/employees were working so my belongings would be safe. Well that was definitely a lie. No one filed a security report either when I asked for it to be investigated. The floor nurse told me the report was filed and to call the security desk when I left the hospital. Well that happened but they didn't have the report. I was also told there wasn't any Security personnel since it was a Holiday. I asked since no Security person came to clarify the stolen item. Yes stolen not lost is the correct word. I wouldn't recommend this facility nor any of the doctors and nurses there. The CNAs on the floor were fantastic though. Sad they were the only ones that felt compassion for my plight too.

Went to ER with chest pain, pain in left neck, jaw arm and leg. ER doctor said I should have gone to my family doctor instead of ER. He didn't allow me to tell him I had already called my family doctor and based on symptoms they said go to the Emergency room.

Horrible experience with nurse staff. They are Unprofessional and treat you with no dignity or respect. They have zero training in patients with abuse history.
