Hi I was a patient there on the second floor I believe I was in room 230 and want to say thank you to all of you on that floor for caring for me and I want to say thank you to the patient advocate for coming to see me and thank you to everyone else may God bless each and everyone of you Thelma shackleford

Hello I want to say thanks to the few people that we had contact wth. I was a patient there on the second floor and I just do not know what all to say but thank you. There were so issues that was resolved after speaking to the right people. So with all that said I want these peope to be recognized. There are as follows: I want to thank the patient relation rep William (Bill) Koenig very good experience and answered all of the questions we asked. Also Yolanda lee RN MSN nurse manager always listened and answered questions very very nice. Dr XU awesome Doctor.the CNA's excellent service Eric,Connie,Clara,Pat,Araceli. nurses excellant service as well Jocelyn, Seth,and dietician Andrea good service.thank you again Earline Waters...........

This hospital doesn't meets its standards/expectations. Communication is horrible here. I had a loved one at this location and NOBODY couldn't tell my family anything. The response was "call in the morning." We called and called and visited and got the same response Nothing!! Please consider other hospitals than this place. I'm very disappointed and it seems/appears this place only wants the money!!!

Please except my thanks for all you did when I was a patient there. I just usually kept to my self and I want to thank the following people. I want to start off thanking your patient advocate bill he got me coffee when I asked for it and always brought it to me when he would pass through the door. I want to thank Dorothy RN , Yolanda the nurse manager, Jeff the director of food, all of the wound care crew both Kay's RN joycelyn RN all the house keeping team and Connie and Clara both CNAs thank you all so very much.......... I want to personally thank Mr. Brad Minnis and Mr. Larry Foster for taking time to address all of my fathers needs and concerns. The Nurses, CNA's, and most importantly the doctors were very helpful in the overall care of Mr. Rodriguez. Thank you Kindred Family for all your help.
