I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in all my 37 years. First, as another reviewer stated, you have to jump through hoops to get an appointment. Fine. I jumped. Had my appointment and was recommended for a sleep study. I definitely needed it. I was in the process of changing insurance as I got a new job and the receptionist had to verify prior to the study. The appointment was sent but insurance coverage was NEVER verified. So I had no idea if I should go to the study or not. I called the office that day to verify, but they are closed on Fridays. Nice. Had the study, the technician was awesome! Had my 1st follow up. Got a CPAP machine which is fantastic! I have severe sleep apnea.
Now today I had my 1st follow up after getting the CPAP. I have already taken a ton of time off work dealing with this. I had forgotten the disk they need so I had to turn around and get it causing me to be 15 min late. They called me in, took vitals and then proceeded to make me wait for 45 min. Then the nurse came in and told me I had to make another appointment! Seriously??? They clearly don't respect patients time and I got punished for being late. My bad, I get it. But they could have told me when I came in, not almost an hour later to reschedule.
The doctor is very arrogant and has zero personality. I complimented his sleep tech and he barely even responded. The nurse is even worse. The driest personality I have ever seen! No emotion, just walks around like a zombie. She clearly loves her job. And the receptionist is there for eye candy, but clearly is lacking in the brain cell department.
Needless to say, I'm finding another doctor! One who actually shows a little care and concern for his patients.
