Kaiser's health management is seamless which means no waiting weeks for a referral (it's instantaneous). Specialty departments call to arrange an appointment within 48hrs if not sooner. Facilities in West Los Angeles are clean and easy to get around.

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from, but I suspect they wouldn't be happy anywhere. The hospital is beautiful and the staff is incredible. I went in for a routine procedure and they found a serious issue that might well have gone undiagnosed by other, less competent, care providers. There are some issues with wait time, but that is going to happen anywhere. Too many people are convinced they are on the edge of death when they really aren't. Ignore the nay sayers. This place is the best.

RUN! A great insurance carrier if you don't get sick. Primary carry doctors have thousands of patients and do not have a clue about you. I've begged for a good dr. after finally getting through their call center. They are scripted to say "They're all good Doctors". I've been through several Dr's (20) and had 1 good one out of the 20. Also, I almost lost my life due to the disregard of an illness which went undiagnosed for almost a year despite seeing many specialists. Very few (if any) out of the thousands of doctors have not received awards or high recommendations.

I've been a Kaiser member for thirty years, and I can only say good things about them. I consider myself fortunate to be a Kaiser member.
