i had my first baby in st mary without medicalcare. what i can say is that without medicalcare you will hear from everyone one question: have you been to the accounts payable department (even the nurse). but once the bill was settled (which was incredibly high) i had the great kindness from everyone and the greatest of all was from nurse majorie of materny department who helped assisted me through the labour and delivery (i was alone) of my baby. she was so patient and present, she supported me and even gave me tricks to handle the pain..she and my obstetrician are the reasons why i put a 4 on services for this hospital. after delivery many nurses looked after me and baby some were patient and professional and others were not..not any of them was kind..i had an argument with them concerning the health of my baby and until i signed out they could not solve my baby problem and now i have to see another doctor ( out of the hospital) for my baby.

Had three visits to St Mary's hospital in the past few years: One at the Emergency, one for an exam (at the Day Surgery unit), and one for a blood test. The wait times were relatively short and the staff (both doctors and nurses) were good.

I went there today with stomach issues and horrible pain and they did nothing at all for me. They didn't even have a doctor to come in to see me just some nurse I felt like they didn't take my problems seriously or even cared about them. The person at check in WAS every rude and snappy towards me. I wouldn't suggest going there to anyone and I never plan to go there again for myself

I was in orthopedic surgery department and just got total hip replacement. I was here 12 years ago for the same operation on my other leg. It was just the same excellent experience as now. This hospital is friendly and the personnel does everything for the interest of the patients. What else can one expect? My fast recovery is really convincing.

overall amazing nurses and doctors that care about their patients, and making sure that the patient is well administrated for the problem that they have. The hospital is very clean, and I have yet to find anywhere else like this one. When it comes to the oncology department, those nurses and doctors are true angels, and we are truly blessed to be in their care, especially my mom that is on going with this horrible cancer.

Wonderful care
Seen by medicine, oncology and ER. Great doctors and very nice nurses. Recommend this hospital highly, they made us feel cared for and well treated. This hospital deserves more recognition !

I gave birth to St Mary, we really love our first experience in there. The service were good, the nurses are a bit confused, and someone rude. But in general everything was OK not so bad.

This hospital is not as bad as Royal Victoria Hospital but IT IS STILL MEDIOCRE AND DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARDS FOR A HOSPITAL OF A FIRST WORLD NATION.
