I first went to the emergency Dec. 28 2015 for a knee problem, waited 12 hours because I am not important, doctor takes x-ray of knee and confirms that I have to undergo a scan to verify tissue, he sends me home with a prescription for 60 tabs of morphine and tell's me I will be contacted within 2 days (48 hours) to set up an appointment for a scan. 4 weeks pass by I decide to return to the emergency again, waited 8+ hours for a second doctor to want to prescribe more pain killers and go home and wait. It is now 3 months since my first visit. I am unable to walk at all on my injured leg. I would like to know how to get legal help against this hospital

I went to hospital today and it was evening there short of staff they have no machine or proper doctor like radiologist to do a simple ultrasound it has to be better then this it not right and there going to have a lot of lawsuit for not going with the ppl rights

Extremely disappointed with this hospital. I would be afraid to be treated there. I won't go back.

My mother was taken to Fleury Hospital after she fainted (as a result of weakness from gastroenteritis) and cut her head on the ground of a parking lot, She is 85 years old. Being anglophones and having never heard of this hospital we were a little apprehensive about what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. She was treated in emergency and kept in emergency observation under isolation because of her gastroenteritis and was consistently monitored, tested and scanned to ensure that the fall had not resulted in anything life threatening. After two good head scans they still wanted to keep her in for a 3rd one before they released her. She stayed in the emergency observation ward for 5 days and was treated very well. Yes, the area is very noisy at all times during the day but the fact she was well take care of offset this. She was spoken to in English by everyone, physicians, nurses and orderlies. She was moved into a room on the 6th day which was clean albeit in need of some tender loving care and it was very quiet. She was discharged on the 7th day after her 3rd scan was clean with a very thorough brief from a senior nurse in terms of new prescriptions and follow up tests. The only negative comment about this hospital is that it was impossible to get information about her over the phone when we were not there and there was no specific schedule for doctor rounds so if you are waiting to see a doctor to inquire about your loved one's condition, you could be waiting for a good part of the day. So all in all, a pleasant experience and we are very grateful to all the staff for their good care.

Je vais devoir subir une chirurgie a cette hôpitaux, j'ai téléphoner a plusieurs reprise pour les informer des changement sur ma santé, gros problème personnes connaissais le Médecin qui va m'opéré et pas plus en ce 25/01/2015... mrd ça va pas bien... J'ai comme l'imprécation que je vais devoir allez ailleurs... j'ai réaliser lorsque je suis allez pour les test pré opératoire que nous sommes des numéros et non pas des personnes...

Excellent service et personnel très agréable! Que de bonnes choses sur les soins donnés à ma mère durant le temps des fêtes. Mille mercis.

L'un des hôpitaux les plus "débiles" du Québec. Les employés parlent très fort, rigoles très fort et cela même la nuit. Le personnel infirmier est antipathique et arrogant.

My wife 10 days in hospital Fleury. Dood service. not very quiet place. Noice on floor. Personnels talk to much in front of room doors.

Le seul problème cé la nuit, pas moyen de dormir correctement même dans une chambre, la lumière du couloir est envahissante, et les employés parlent a voix très haute même la nuit sans considération que des gens dorment.
