Website says they close at 8pm. Was turned away at 7:40 pm. "Sorry were closed. Came back next day, went on edit list but because I was waiting outside for my turn the receptionist bumped me and I went to the bottom of the list. Edited two hours then left. Super great customer service. Thanks for nothing!!!

Dr Gupta lacks professionalism . Elevator is small and inconvenient for people using assisted devices!!! Upgrade this clinic !!!!

Jessica is my family doctor there and she is great! Friendly and always listens. I always am able to make an appointment same week but am always advised that as a patient of the clinic, I can come in and use the walk in anytime and not wait as long. Clinic itself is very modern and clean. Reception has always been really nice to me and my family. Rooms are a bit on the small side but no other complaints.

I went here for a wart treatment on a Sunday (which by the way it's great that they're open on Sundays.) The doctor was friendly, the receptionist was friendly, all around good staff. It is also very clean and modern. I found it strange that all of the lights were off, made it seem closed, but that's a minor thing. The doctor, although friendly, seemed a little too quick. Also the liquid nitrogen treatment they use, didn't work all that well. Overall though, it seems like a good clinic to go to.

Staff will not enable Doctors to adhere to their oath re: patient care. Staff lacks emotional intelligence, will cut you off mid-sentence & provide incorrect information and propose you "come back in" (so OHIP can be billed again) instead of offering to pass on a message and remedy the situation. Zero knowledge of needs for clients relying on social services.

I was referred to a doctor at this clinic as a chronic pain patient. Faxed referral bluntly states primary immediate concern is a medication refill as I only had enough painkillers to last me till the day of the apt. My dose is such that abrupt discontinuation could cause a seizure, even death. Referral states my own desire to decrease dose at scheduled intervals and explore alternate treatments for the long term. THREE TIMES I told the secretaries when booking here - they even chose what doctor to put me with - the situation I was in and was reassured medication these specific refills wouldn't be a problem. After driving 3 HOURS one way to get to this apt. and taking my last pill, I'm told by Dr. Waqar Cheemah (who was supposed to be my family doctor from that point on as that is a stipulation to book a first apt) that he is an "alternative" pain specialist. The kind that doesn't prescribe medications for pain!?!? Or provide ongoing care to patients who need pain medications renewed in his role as a family doctor!?!? I wave a copy of my referral in his face and ask why he even booked me in as a patient when it says I'm being referred for something he can't handle. His response? "Oh I guess I should actually start reading these from now on." And the secretaries? "Ya I guess someone needs to explain to them the type of things we do here." He didn't refill my pain meds. For the first time in my life I had to go "score" on the street in a strange city. I'm now writing this from the Emergency Room in my hometown, in pain, hoping the doctors here can help sort out the mess Cloud Care Clinics have left me with.

I have been a patient of Cloudcare since they opened. I rarely have a long wait when I come in as a walk-in and Dr. Shabbir Hussein always takes his time and address my concerns. On-site pharmacy is convenient and fast. Bonus that they are open weekends and have an integrated wellness approach to a variety of conditions.
