Dirty waiting rooms, poorly trained/rude staff. Everything is backed up and rushed. They try to fit in to many patients and it slows things down. They have little to no sympathy for people with mental health issues.

Dr. Ranev is wonderful! NP at the 901 King Edward is great!

This clinic sucks. They make you take a number and then they register other people that walk in after you.

I have a severe chronic pain disorder due to a botched surgery, after beeing rejected by several doctors, I went to the Ottawa University walk in clinic, and was able to get booked an app for the very next day with a pain specialist, that was a year ago now, and on top of beeing seen ever single month, I love the fact that I am able to come in last min even if my own doctor isn't there, another doctor from the clinic will see me, and there is also a walk in option before 3pm Mon-Fri!! It's Awesome!! The only thing that really sucks is that you can't have any direct access.to your dr's office by phone as they have an answering service in a seperate department, which makes it extremely inconvenient especialy if it's urgent, as they all communicate via email! But that is such a small price to pay for the services I receive!

UOHS has been a real help lately, they always have an option for me to see a Dr. or a nurse practitioner. Granted sometimes it takes time for their nurses to return calls, but they are always very pleasant and patient with their patients. Staff is knowledgeable but seems to often pass to the puck to another employee. Referral services are great, very knowledgeable and always courteous.

Did not return a multiple requests for a student appointment relating to depression issues. The University says they want to tackle depression and suicide on campus, but it's impossible to get real help either in an emergency or for ongoing problems. Nobody seems to know where to direct you, and frankly, nobody seems to care.

I've been to this care center several times now and have found the staff to be kind, professional
and knowledgeable. Feel blessed to have these good people helping with health issues!
