had initially been referred to Mayo and Dr. Beauchamp by a few individuals so I decided to send in my numerous images, reads, and reports from other physicians and medical facilities. Unfortunately I had a severe injury to my left hip that consisted of the ball joint of my hip being jammed into my pelvis, various tendon tears, mild bone marrow edema, osteoarthritis of the joint and atrophy of my left leg due to not being able to use it.\n\nAfter 6 months of waiting and review from Dr. Beauchamp and the board of orthopedic surgeons at Mayo, my medical records were sent back without explanation. In calling Mayo to find out why I was told \"Dr. Beauchamp and the board have discussed it and decided there isn't anything they can do for you. You are to high risk.. sorry.\" \n\nIn saying \"high risk\" they're referring to my aortic aneurysm. However these guys are supposed to be best of the best and fully capable of handling someone with my condition. That being said.. if a facility and a doctor won't help and individual who is obviously in severe pain and needs help. What does that say about both as a facility and a physician? Isn't that why you got into medicine in the first place?\n\nAfter a year of chronic pain I finally received treatment by a doctor out in Sun City.
