This man has ruined the past years of my life. I now suffer severe withdrawal syndrome from being forced highly addictive drugs for several months on end. I am lucky to be alive to write this review. This doctor's cluelessness is a danger to the lives of every one of his patients.

Dr Warren Ward is a risk to the public. He is a psychiatrist at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Mental Health Centre, Brisbane, Australia. A person who arrived at the centre who was put under his care, after misdiagnosis by Dr Alana Sheahan, his colleague, suffering from the severe withdrawal of Saphris/asenapine and a reaction to switching Pristiq to Cymbalta, by Dr Alana Sheahan, when it was listed as an allergy on the referral – was overlooked. He did not know the difference between reaction to medication and withdrawal syndrome, and so called mental illness. He failed to compile a full medical history and then went on to double the dose of Cymbalta, which the patient was allergic to, causing extreme sedation. This began a nightmare for the patient of 6 weeks of involuntary treatment and abuse behind closed doors at this centre. This is what happens in the public mental health system of Queensland.
