The Doctor himself I've never met and my husband and I have been going to that office for the last 2 years. Unless you make an appointment months in advance, good luck meeting the doctor. The nurse practitioner is the one who's been available, and she's done a good job so far, but I didn't sign up to see her. My biggest complaint, and the reason why we are switching doctors is because of the office staff. They have terrible customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME. It should not be that stressful to deal with the office staff when you're feeling sick.
Doctor himself is great, but I only dealt with him the first two times I was there. Then it was only the nurse practitioner who was the only one who seemed to be available. She was good too. My HUGE complaint is with the office staff. They are incompetent and cannot keep paperwork straight. It took over a week to get an okay on a refill for an RX after my pharmacy called them repeatedly. Nurse practitioner ordered an EMERGENCY ultrasound for me. Staff said I needed preauthorization. I waited, waited, and waited. I called insurance finally. They said I DID NOT need preauthorization. Finally had my "EMERGENCY" ultrasound about week and half later. Never got a call for the results even though hospital said doctor would get results the same day. I called doctor a week later. They said they had nothing. TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
