The P.A. who I first saw, Theresa, was very good. It went downhill from there. Blood work and Ultrasound results given to me were wrong. The staff member who called me to schedule more blood work after I was told everything was fine was rude and lacked knowledge when I asked basic questions. Doctor was an hour late for appointment and no indication was given that he was sorry about that. P.A. and nurse both said they were overworked, underpaid, and understaffed at the office when they apologized for the mistakes in blood work information and tardiness. Overall, I felt rushed, lots of numbers given so it was confusing and felt that I was being pressured to have surgery. I would not recommend Dr. Sender's office at this time.
