Ratings for Dr. Vinod Kesavan
I was sent to Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops BC when my water broke at 20weeks. With daily antibiotics and 99% bed rest my son Joseph Stephen Kaye was born at 30+weeks on 08/13/93 weighing 2.5lbs. They were going to fly me to Vancouver, but Dr Kesavan was doing a temporary stay there I believe, and he believed that they could handle Joseph in the NICU. My son thrived under his care, and was released 5 weeks later, when he reached 4lbs. Divine Intervention? I'd like to believe so. I am beyond grateful for this intelligent Physician. It shows the last entry as 2014 and him as a Pediatrician. This man belongs in NICU!!!
Although polite and well-meaning, he missed my infant son's milk and soy allergy and mis-diagnosed him as general failure to thrive, to be remedied by supplementing with formula. This even after I told him we were concerned with allergies because there is a strong family history.
God we are blessed to have had him during our delivery of 28 week triplets and currently as our pedatrician. He is by far the best pedatrician we have worked with in our over three month stay at the nicu plus. He definately saved our babies!
Dr Kesavan treated our daughter at RCH for chest congestion/cough when she was 5 mos old (as she was born premature).Dr Kesavan was very calm, polite, cured our daughter with minimal medicines. We felt very comfortable by looking at his experience. May Almighty keep doctors like him for ever, in the service of humanity. Thanks
