Ratings for Dr. Jason Crosby
I had a TKR 7 years ago. I am scheduled for routine follow-up visit. I developed a lot of severe hip pain. I phoned to ask if he would look at it during my knee appointment. Secretary was rude and condescending. She abruptly said "you are coming for your knee." I replied that I knew that and I was calling to ask if I would need a separate referral for the hip. I told her I understood the reason for my appointment and I am not a stupid person. She snarled "I never said you were." No apology for her disrespectful treatment and rudeness. So I have decided that I will ask my family doctor to refer me to someone else regarding the hip. I don't want to have to deal with this nasty venomous woman and I may get in sooner somewhere else. I guess he does not look at the whole person, just one joint allowed per appointment.
He performed 2 hips scopes and full hip replacement on me so all this stuff within 15 months. He is very approacheble and understand what patients have to go through. I would recommende him to ever need to be pain free. Thank you Dr.Jason Crosby
Dr.Crosby replaced both my hips. The first was 7 years ago and the last was 3 months ago. Both were a complete success. He is a talented surgeon with a lot of empathy masked by his dry sense of humour and the busy demand placed on him. He has without a doubt gave me a pain free life that I haven't know for over 30 years. God bless you Dr Crosby and I hope more people experience your amazing abilities.
Dr Crosby recently performed my second TKR (both knees). He's a busy man, so don't expect extended conversations. That's not a complaint, as he has been patient, helpful and humorous in his dealings with me. First knee is like new, second on its way
Took my sister to him. He was good got her in and fixed one knee now the other is giving her action. Last time we were in his office I told him she fell and injured her right ankle that it was swollen and briused. He didn't even look at it . He did send her for exrays on her right knee but not her ankle. Took her to hospital a few days later they created ankle casted it as it was broken now hospitalized for 6 to 8 weeks as no weight baring on right foot at all. Thanks doc more damaged done because she walked on it for 5 days. Did not seem to care about injury not impressed
I met Dr. Crosby after a cycling accident when he repaired a shattered ulna and dislocated and fractured radius. He was warm and friendly before and after the surgery and clinic followups have been regular. He answers questions when asked, explains the X-ray findings and provides enough information in a realistic fashion. I was given a physio referral eight days after surgery to get me moving. Overall an excellent experience during a traumatic time after the accident as well as post surgery.
