This Dentist offices is as bad as the auto repair people. They take hours to tell you what's wrong, when you already done told them exactly what was wrong and what you wanted done, and that you'd do the rest of the crap later, then they tell you what your insurance will and won't pay for and that you can't afford everything they want to do. Then when you ask the 2nd time for exactly what you came in for they do this sales talk off like your life depends on them getting done all the stuff they want to do. And then they get all intrusive and ask about family loans etc. They coulda had cash and a happy customer, but NO! They had to keep going for what they wanted. Now as for their written estimates. The grand total out of pocket is WRONG. After checking all three columns, (total, insurance, and my out of pocket) There's a mysterious $559 "Out of pocket" increase, that isn't anywhere! NOWHERE has that high a sales tax on a grand total of $2828. That's a tax of 19.76%!!! USE A CALCULATOR!!!

Requiring that I pay for bridge and dentures they made for my frail,79year old nursing home mother. They recommended extensive extractions, knew my mom had a cardiology appt in 3 days. Her cardiologist said no to any dental work. I called the office the same day and they made the partial bridge and dentures anyway...seems they have an in house lab that makes the bridges and dentures. Because of signed contract and use of CareCredit, I have to pay CareCredit for work that will never be done. Surely the dentist could see that my mother could never be medically cleared for work this extensive, but they made sure I signed all contracts and loan papers before I left. If the dentist was thinking he could do all that work on my mother, I have to question his medical expertise! I was willing to pay for the office visit, exam, X-rays, and materials used to make impressions, but they would only credit me $4400 for the tooth extractions that would not be done
