I was distressed with tailbone and pain in my pelvic floor that had been getting worse for two years without any answer from my GP, other than pills and more pills. When I came across the Sayer Clinics and read so many good reviews for Dr Michael Durtnall I rang the clinic. Michael examined me and took X-rays of my pelvis and spotted the problem right away, (Why didn't my GP sort this out for me? ) He showed me how far my tailbone was stuck forwards from sitting awkwardly and slowly damaging nerves to my pelvic floor. He manipulated my coccyx and pelvis floor muscles to release the nerves and gave me loads of exercises. By the time I returned to London to see him two weeks later all the pain had gone. Margareta

Dr Durtnall was very professional, explained clearly the postural causes and showed me the early spinal degeneration on xray and eradicated my years of backpain completely in less than a month.

It was really quite a pleasant surprise to find Dr Durtnall who actually listens and is thorough in examination and takes excellent quality x-rays and explains everything instead of making it all so medically mysterious. The great thing about seeing him was that my never-ending pain felt so much better within a very short time and so I can't recommend him and his lovely staff highly enough.
