Horrible! I don’t understand how he is still practicing. He is busy with patients because of those who are looking for a family doctor who speak Portuguese and/or Spanish. He has no care for his patients. He makes you wait, hours. I mean HOURS.

STAY AWAY!!! This doctor should be retired. He clearly has no concern for his patients and his office is run very poorly. Look up his name on CPSO, he has been reported before! Stay away!

Great doctor very bad work ethic. At times a person is better off going to the ER and waiting there. Takes longer than usual to tend to patients, leaves at random times, and returns hours later. From personal experience, I have waited from 2 in the afternoon until 10 o'clock at night. His secretaries are great, both girls are very polite and extremely helpful. They make the wit time much more bearable.

Es buen Doctor solo es que hay que esperar mucho para que comiense la consulta y algunas veces las secretarias no lo anotan cuando haces la cita por telefono pero sigue siendo mi medico

He has been my family dr for 20 years.. He pretends that he cares about your health but he really doesn't… if he did then he would actually take the time to give you a check up. Im in my 20s and he still talks to me like I'm 7. Also, you do need to take a full day off from work just to be in his waiting room.

I've been a patient for over 20 years and I have never had a complaint, he is friendly and hilarious. Amazing doctor and amazing secretaries. Especially the one in the afternoon.

He takes 3 hour lunch breaks, and sometimes he doesn't come back. If he doesn't see you by noon, you'll be there all day. He promised me a sick note once. Said to pick it up in 3 days. It took over 2 weeks, and only because I began to pester him about the urgency of the note. Appointments aren't even suggestions to him. They're options which he feels no obligation to uphold. Find another doctor.

The doctor is friendly and helpful; unfortunately his staff I find to be non-caring and unable to do something so simple as to make an appointment with a specialist on behalf of the patient. Unfortunately this reflects bad on Dr.Fernandez for not taking steps to rectify the problem.- Ricardo Rodriguez
