Ratings for Dr. David B. Yablonsky
I see there are many negative comments here, but was happy with Dr. Yablonsky. He was thorough and spent time with me. I liked his nurse practitioners, but the staff was below par. He assisted me with disability issues and his bedside manner was good. My wait times were always too long however; and staff types up correspondence with grammatical errors and misspelled words (not very professional). I did not like the fact that I had to listen to a dozen choices when I called for a simple question and always had to leave a message instead of speaking with someone. I have been happy with the doctor but have to switch because he is not in my plan any longer.
I've never met the doctor. I alway saw and assistant. I needed x-rays for a sore back and was sent to get them done. More than a week later the assistant didn't have time to look at them. I still don't know what is wrong. But, I keep getting called from the physical therapy people wanting to book and appointment. Why would I book an appointment for phsical therapy when I don't even know what the x-ray showed? I won't ever go back to this doctor. I'll find someone new or go without.
Trying to calm my blood pressure down after sending a goodbye email to my former physician David Yablonsky. He discharged me from services within weeks of being diagnosed with a new illness affecting my heart and with SLE. I am on 3 meds for blood pressure and they were all prescribed by his office (I always saw his assistant who apparently got smart and left his office). To me this is an action without conscience and is just motivated by arrogance and cruelty as he did not care I was to be without one of my blood pressure meds because of this. If he is your physician I truly pray he is good for you but please, if you think about it and aren't in fear for your future treatment, tell him Rose said "Hi"!
I had the best of experiences as a new patient with Dr. Yablonsky. I actually changed to him from my old doctor because I felt like I wasn't getting enough time. I get that offices now a days run differently than they did when i was a kid or when my parents were alive… My copays have gone up and up and my deductibles too… I know they aren't getting paid any more to see me! But Dr. Y answered my questions until I was satisfied. When he didn't know an answer he found out and got back to me. He got me the care I need and he was friendly… I already rated him on Healthgrades, which has high ratings for him. But when I came across this site I was curious… I guess only angry people post on this site. I liked Dr. Y a lot. And I'm not an easy patient… Diabetes, high blood pressure, neropathy, etc… He got me in quickly since then when I needed it… And when he can't, Amanda is a doll and helps me out. And his practice is growing. I think these other posters must not like anybody!
Dr is negligent of patients well beings. He does not know anything and uses his laptop for instructions. He told me there just guessing what to help me. The only thing dr does is Hirt his patients. I have had the worst experience with his miss diagnosis. Due to lack of knowledge. Please don't let him hurt u or ur family.
I went to Dr Yablonwnsky office in Maryville. I was a new patient and had a 2mm mole removed. I wasn't even given a bandaid. No medical issues. I took 10 mins of the doctor's time. Here's my bill: 1 Small Mole removed $150!! New patient visit $140 !! 10 minutes of the doctor's time was $290. I would hate to see if did have a major issue or if I insist on having a bandaid. Do not go to this doctor unless you want to be ROBBED.
