I have had 5 dentists since i moved to Hamilton. The last one sucked. Dr. D is thorough and talks everything thru in detail so u know u have options. Cause i had so many issues before i came to him he did the xrays for free didnt even check if insurance covered them. What dentist does that? Ever? Staff is just as good and hygienist doesnt rush. My only complaint is that i still see my familys charges on my account. Was fine when i was a minor. I know it's not that big an issue but i like to see it at $0. Im sure reception will fix it for my next visit.
When I was young I had a horrifying experience at the dentist that left me terrified of needles. I told Dr Dhillon because he had to freeze the side of my mouth for a root canal. He assured me I wouldn't feel a thing. He was gentle and eased the injection in intervals to make sure there was no pain. I felt nothing at all. None of the other dentists I have been to did it like that, i didnt know it was even possible. He's just more experienced than the rest and I'm glad that I found his office.
I have been going to Dr D for a few years now. He has seen all my kids and none of them are scared of the dentist. He and his staff are kid friendly and reward kids after each visit. I never thought my kids would want to go to the dentist, I guess the goodie bag works. Susan Joseph
I came to Dr. Dhillon for a second opinion when my dentist reccommended I get 8 filings. Turns out I needed 2 right away and the rest could be treated with cleaning and floride. I now have no insurance. The last guy was just trying to put them on my insurance before it ran out. Both me and my wallet thank you. Chris K
Dr. Dhillon has to be the worst Dentist in Hamilton! His staff is always changing which makes me think about him as a person. He always makes me wait and I can tell he's judging me because I can't afford the treatment he suggests. You can tell that he ONLY cares about the money! When I was in there last, I could tell he wasn't actually listening to what I was saying and really just likes to hear himself speak!
OMG I called to cancel an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and uncouth. She had attitude on the phone. She needs to learn some language skills.
