This comment is about THE CENTER for ORAL and MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY. Waited over 45 minutes for the consult in an standing room only summer waiting room. Waited over thirty minutes for the first surgery of the morning because the doc was late with no apology or reason why. The staff does not Know how to file insurance claims. We have 3 different insurance companies to file with, we received a bill wanting payment less than a month after service and no insurance had been filed. Later when our primary insurance was filed it was filed incorrectly and denied, I had to call the insurance to get it fixed. Finally our third insurance was filed and the insurance company paid directly to us and we received a letter wanting that payment. It has been over 6 months now and The Center has NOT filed with our second insurance company.
