Ratings for Dr. Jabir M. Jassam
Dr. Jassam is quite an excellent doctor. He is friendly and helpful, he looked after my mother when she was visiting us here. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. Recently a changing of appointment strategy helped so much in shortening the waiting time. Me and my family will highly recommend him. One area of development is to add a lady doctor to staff as some ladies would feel more comfortable having this option.
Dr. Jassam is quite an excellent doctor. I've been with him for a few years now and he's always been very helpful. However, almost everyone on the staff is horrible. I've had issues with them in person and on the phone. I'm sure the place is hectic, but Dr. J should consider hiring some folks that can handle it. Their rude attitudes are out of control some days.
He's excellent. He's got a really great sense of humour and did a fantastic job at easing my anxiety in a situation that was very stressful. I've recommended a number of family members and friends visit him. Easily the best doctor I've ever had. The staff have been friendly as well. The people complaining they had to wait a few hours to see a doctor on the same day, don't know how good they have it. I've had to wait MONTHS for appointments before at other doctors. Bottom line - excellent doctor, and well worth the minimal wait time - if there is any.
Although he is a nice person, he is always in a rush and doesn't listen to the full story, he might be a good doctor but he need to change the way how he deals with patients. Always remember Family Doctor is not about knowledge only, is how he applies knowledge and gather information from patients.
Dr. Jassam is wonderful! He's hilarious and makes you feel comfortable! He tries to relate to you, and always takes the time to answer all questions. It's very difficult to get in to see him, which makes it stressful that he's your family doctor. Also, his staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude, disorganized, not helpful at all, and really bring the place down! I don't understand how he doesn't see it because he is the total opposite! I am in health care management and I understand their stresses, but they truly need to change their ways, or he needs new staff. Also, he needs to make more of a schedule dedicated to his actual patients for booked appointments, and less of the walk in schedule, as his own patients are lacking care because of this.
