Ratings for Dr. CHARLES T. Womack
He performed surgery, gave a list of if this, that happens, call would get right back. No call back after multiple requests. Next day called office talked to nurse who said would talk to doc and get back to me. Never did. Couple of days prior, brother in hospital Womack the doc. Wanted to give med that made him very sick, brother refused. Womack took away all meds because of it and stated as much. Bad doc, stay away!
Dr. Womack was very professional and at the same time attentive and caring. He explained procedure in detail and took care of me on pre op visits and after care, himself. He did not even pass me off to a PA or nurse on follow up, he took care of it himself. I have now recommended him to multiple friends and my husband is having a procedure done by him next week.
Has anger management problems based on personal experience. Medical skills probably okay, but personality gets in the way. A friend had worse experience-had surgical procedure; was supposed to be in CPAP in recovery (he stops breathing-small but significant) and doc was told this repeatedly yet he was not put on this breathing aid til the 5th request while he was in recovery. This is just sloppy medicine.
