Best Dentist in Toronto! these bad reviews are hilarious- they obviously don't know how a dentist works!!!

After I wrote a review on a really bad experience happened with the hygienist at his place, he called me. Really unprofessional and so rude. All he wanted was for me to take off the review because it s hurting his business. Well, he lost 2 customers now.

Dr. Salvaggio and his team have always provided excellent care during my several years as a patient. I feel very fortunate to have such a competent and caring team to provide my dental care!

The ony experience I had with Dr.Dalvaggio, is when I wasn't happy with my cleaning, so I gave an honest review and I get a phone call from Dr.Salvaggio asking about the bad review I gave his practice. At first it seem that he cared about my experience there but it soon be came evident that he just wanted to have the review removed and when I refused to do that, then he got rude and yelled at me " We're DONE With this Conversation don't come back to office" and then hung up on me. Yeah not the greatest place to go and clearly this dentist only cares about his popularity. Don't bother going here.

Do not see this Dentist. Staff screws up on the appointments all the time. They enter the wrong codes when submitting to the benefits on more than one occasion. Dr. Salvaggio will leave in the middle of an appointment just to go see another patient so he can charge for without really doing the work..he leaves it to his dentist in training. He always running behind. Cares more about his reviews....the man actually called me just to tell me to remove the bad review...next time do your job right and don't screw up on one filling .... yeah don't go and see this waste of a dentist. I had to go to another dentist to get the job done right.

He doesn't care about his patients. If you catch him on a bad day, then it's even worse. very disrespectful dentist. He made my wife cry while she was trying to tell him that she had booked her appointment a week in advance, but he took another person over her and was doing both rooms at the same time, leaving my wife with his many dental hygienists, who ended up making the issues with her teeth worse because they were still in training. Then he had the nerve to yell at my wife when she was in the chair, telling her he would not complete the work on her teeth until she apologized to him. Where do you get off holding a person like that, knowing that they need to have their teeth fixed and he does that? Do not go to this dentist. My wife still has the issue with her teeth and it looks like he made it worse, which I think he did on purpose to hit our benefit coverage more than once. He's unreliable...He's rude to his employees, rude to his patients, and he would call any patient who left a negative review on his Google reviews. This dentist is the textbook definition of a bully—which, by the way, he loves to call everyone who doesn't agree with his work ethic. Everyone Save yourself the hassle and go to anyone else in the Brampton or Woodbridge area.

Dr. Joseph is an amazing doctor. He is really caring and concerned about his patients. I had a severe toothache and called the clinic early morning on Saturday and Dr. Joseph called back and guided me through out the process via text or call the whole weekend. It shows that you really care about your patients. I’m glad I went to him for my extraction as I was 30wks pregnant and he did the extraction with an ease and made me so comfortable. He is the Best in GTA.

Greedy and extremely rude. Only cares about making money. Terrible to his patients and staff. No wonder no one stays

SCAMMERS! I made reviews about this company and how they tried to get an extra $100 out of me then lowered it to $50 for the misunderstanding when I owe don’t owe them ANYTHING. I wasn’t insured and always paid them in full for any service, until they added a $100 fee that I did not owe. After all that and me uploading my proof Dr. Salvaggio messaged and reassured me that the payment was removed and asked me to remove the reviews even offered me a free whitening kit (that I refused) all I wanted was for him to uphold his promise which he hasn’t since then I have received two notices, the first one I informed him about and he told me he was going to handle it even apologized which was another lie the notice I received today is threatening to report me to the credit bureau. I won’t stand for this.

Dr. Salvaggio and his staff are extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and use state-of-the-art equipment. They have provided me a lot of great advice and were able to fit all of the issues I had with my teeth from a previous dentist. Thank you Dr. Salvaggio and your staff for taking care of me as a patient and with my teeth!
