Dr. Tjan exemplifies all the best qualities of the ideal family doctor. She is kind, patient, thorough and fully dedicated to helping her patients. I couldn’t ask for better care than what she and her excellent team have provided to four generations of our family. Punctuality is only 3/5 due to her thoroughness with each patient. The visit is not concluded until all bases have been covered!

Terrible with keeping appointments and being on time. I don’t receive the basic health care that should be provided. I’ve had to go to walk in clinics. Not good with recommending solutions for ailments and leaves them unchecked.

Dr. Tjan is very generous with her time and explanations when she is with her patients. You never feel rushed. This sometimes causes a backlog with her appointments.

You might have to wait to see the doctor but it's worth the wait. Dr Tjan is caring patient and really cares about the well being of her patients. No one ever complains about the wait times because when they walk away they feel well taken care of. Dr Tjan listens and really helps and her staff is caring and kind. She is very easy to talk to and gives very sound advice. Even though I live quite far away I choose to take the time to come in and see her for my medical needs. Her staff also makes it possible to get an appointment if I really need to see her. She goes above and beyond to all of her patients.
