Ratings for Dr. Carole Ross
I have been seeing Dr. Ross for a number of years and she is always professional, personable and understanding. She treats her patients holistically and with compassion, and is genuinely interested in their well-being. Her office space is located in a lovely old downtown house and is warm and inviting. You can tell she treats her staff with respect as they in turn treat the patients in the same manner. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and her team.
Dr. Ross is a very caring chiropractor. I've been going to Dr. Ross for about 16 years and she still gives the same level of service as when I started going to see her. She has a beautiful clinic and great staff. There's very good energy here!!!
Amazing doctor! I have been seeing chiropractors for many years and she is the only one I’ll let work on myself or my family. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, Bruce at the front desk is great and the office is beautiful, lots of character but very updated. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a downtown chiropractor!
I did not like her demeanour at all. Very rude and condescending. Office is in an old house downtown. Needs some serious updating. I will be finding a new chiropractor.
Dr. Carole Ross's response
Condescension implies intent - I would not presume to talk down to anyone. As one can be rude accidentally, I assume this must be such a case. I wish you had censored me for my rudeness then and there as we could have addressed the matter. The courage to censor me on your part, and the insight I might have gained into my poor manners on my part, could have made both of us better people today - as of now neither of us has gained anything.

Our health care system could use a few more people like Dr. Ross. Carole takes the time to listen to your needs and very patiently explains to you what could be happening, how to correct it and how to self manage the situation so that you are able to avoid future issues. Once you start seeing Carole regularly, living pain free is absolutely achievable.
She knows how to relieve pain and restore balance. Her additional training outside her chosen field also helps her to solve problems from looking at them from other perspectives. Her best attributes, besides her obvious chiropractic skills, are her empathy and compassion for the patient.
