I recently used Dr. DeMarco and I think he is wonderful. His staff fit me and my husband in on two different occasions and was more than nice about it. He also was patient and very thorough. I am thrilled with my new doctor.

New in town Dr DeMarco was recommended by my savy chiropractor so I made my maiden voyage today. Nothing much to treat me for yet, so can't really say if he's a great doc but he sure was kind, smart and patient. I totally appreciated it all.. Others complain about the front room staff and I can see what they're talking about but this is true everywhere you go. I've learned to take it in stride. I'm so happy to have found this unusually personable and seemingly capable Doc.

I have never been more insulted by the rude and unprofessional staff of Dr. DeMarco's office in Hoboken. Dr. DeMarco is very pleasant, but most of his front office staff are arrogant and down right rude. The nurses are great but I have finally had enough when I have to deal with the confrontational staff. I have transferred my records to another Dr. because of this attitude and lack of professionalism. One staff member will tell you one thing and put you on hold and the other will not even have a clue of what was said first and will argue with you. You will always be transferred and put on hold every time, without exception. There is never a good time to call to make an appointment, even if you have a emergency, they will give you a appointment weeks away even if you tell them you may need to go to the hospital. The staff really needs to have training on working with the public.

I have always found Dr. De Marco to be the best. I have complete trust and faith in him. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but you have to wait in my office too to see me sometimes. It can't be helped. The staff has always been aces with me.

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Went there for the 1st time a few weeks ago. The Staff ignored my husbands question to see if I could get blood work done, then Dr. Demarco called us in, and started YELLING at my husband ( without even introducing himself)- saying " whats your problem? Do you want me to see your wife or not???" it was the worst medical experience of my life.

I have an extremely busy schedule. I made it a point to be punctual to my appointment. I waited for OVER AN HOUR to see Dr. De Marco in a poorly-lit, dingy and uncomfortable waiting room. When the doctor finally became available to see me - I was very frustrated due to the wait time and asked him why I had to wait for over an hour to see him. He arrogantly replied to me in the nastiest of tones that "some people don't mind waiting and feel that I'm worth the wait and if you don't agree with me than you can find yourself another doctor!"

The waiting room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly, but not very professional. They kept asking me to call back for the results of my throat culture instead of taking down my name and promising to call me when the results were in. Dr. DeMarco wasn't especially friendly or knowledgeable. So my overall impression was neither great nor horrible, but average. Personally, I look for a doctor who consistently performs above average, so I don't think I'll see him again.

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Demarco at all, but one member of his staff has become increasingly rude -- to a point where I've decided to change to a private care physician with a friendlier (I'll settle for just not extremely rude) staff. A couple of members of Dr. Demarco's staff are really nice, by the way, but I don't want to have to deal with a moody, rude, unhappy receptionist.

Dr. Balacco is great. He is very caring and understanding. He listens and never rushes. He takes everything seriously.
