Talking with Dr. Chad is a bit like talking to a brick wall, however he is very well read, up to date, and has some great insights. However, don’t be surprised if it seems like he’s talking to his computer and typing notes and not talking to you. It can be challenging to get a point across to him, but he does in fact listen.

I saw Dr. Chad with my 2 year old son this past week and was so impressed with the quality of care provided. He seemed to truly want to help us. He was on time, took the time to listen to my concerns without dismissing any of them, performed testing, answered all my questions and gave us a sample of a medication he prescribed. He was down to earth and wonderful with my son. We are so grateful to have been referred to him.

The guy is too busy. Expects you to memorize all your questions. Always gives the impression he has no time to talk. Punch the card and move to next patient. Only way to get more answers is call him up after your appointment. I think he knows what he is doing but poor communicator and again does not seem to have time.

Dr. Chad seemed quite knowledgeable and introduced me to allerject. However, his bedside manner and listening skills need some serious work to say the least. Questions often fall on deaf ears, he’s so focused on typing notes on his laptop and answering his own questions that the patient kind of disappears from the equation. To the point that he’ll refer to you as the patient or third person as if you’re not even present. Oh and he does not use plain language - he even drew some chemistry diagrams at one point to explain how the anaphylactic reaction works lol. He might be a treasure trove of knowledge, but it can feel close to impossible to communicate with him. That all aside, his staff are great.
