This doctor has been asked to retract from aphra. I have been medically cleared of any mental illness by 5 concurring psychiatrists yet this guy said I was so mentally ill in 2007 I couldn't go back to work til treated. Now, I'm going to be filing in fed court for defamation and my team is seeking 50 mill in damages. I also taped him as well. Aphra head him ask inappropriate questions, invading my privacy as per the act and he even threatened me. I've been defamed and stigmatised and abused by this quack for 10 years and now it's going to cost him 50 million. He doesn't get to psychologically abuse me for all this time, get me stigmatised, fired and create imaginary mental illnesses. And if he doesn't contract aphra with a retraction (he's sitting quiet but he won't be once he gets a subpoena and I'm going to bring the press on this guys doorstep. He needs to be stripped of his licence. He's a pathetic joke who destroys lies and perhaps he needs to undergo hearing and psych evaluations himself. In Victoria, it's legal to tape anyone just as long as you are a part of the conversation. This guy writing insurance reports to defame and inflict abuse on people will be stopped. He will write anything for people paying him. How embarrassing that he has been medically caught in my case. Avoid at all costs.

I was asked to visit this Dr (a loose term in his instance) for a workcover based claim through Gallagher & Bassett. Firstly I must say that I'm an Engineer and a stickler for detail. Unfortunately this man has no idea of this concept. On a number of occasions I had to prompt him and tell him I suffer from fatigue and anger problems from a recent ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) incident. Not wishing to go on but we tabled and lodged a 2 page scathing attack on his report. He put my name down as Garry in his report form a cut and paste error. To this he also quoted my age incorrectly and it went on and on and on!............As other people in this blog have mentioned it is difficult to grasp and fathom that this man calls himself a medical practitioner.

Dr Senadipathy was a late, however my session ran for more than an hour as well. It was a good session and I felt that I was heard and my issues understood. A good start will see how things go from here
