He phoned me back and provided so much information and advice. During the phone call, I told him that I had already booked the surgery with another doctor so he knew he wasn't getting my personal business but he still took so much time to provide his expertise and knowledge on the surgery. I was very impressed with this and so thankful to gather his opinion. I had spoke to his receptionist Kris Loe numerous times as well and I really can't say enough good things about her. I was so worried about my son and Kris went above and beyond to help us. I can't recommend Dr.Baumgarten and Kris enough. I am in Canada and not used to this personalized level of service from a medical team. In the US, I know many people pay out of pocket for medical services. I was a non-paying client and was given exceptional service. It is apparent that Dr.Baumgarten and Kris Loe truly care about people.
