Ratings for Dr. Steven M. Crow
His office staff have NEVER been nice. Not to me or my husband, especially over the phone...Not for appointments, questions, concerns, or callbacks. It takes days to get an appointment as "He is a busy doctor" according to the appointment setter. He does not make his own call-backs so getting anything accomplished over the phone takes days. Drugs are the answer to everything! Even without discussion. "That drug didn't work? Let's try this one." I see he is taking new patients but he does not have time to see the one's he has already got. His nurses should go to medical school. They are already doing all the work... asking all the questions and then relaying the bits information as they see fit (yes, you can hear every word between them as they discuss your ailments in the hallway), making his calls, answering the questions, and tossing all manners in the garbage; after all, bedside manner is a hard thing to keep when you are a doctor in demand. Practice makes perfect. The whole staff must be taking lessons.
Although waiting in the office can sometimes be lengthy, Dr. Crow is very personable. He remembers you and knows what he's talking about. He pays attention when you talk to him and he discusses all aspects of your life, not just the medical side.
