Dr upadhye is one of the best Dr's I have ever had he tells it to you straight and is the only one to actually tell me there is something wrong and that it isn't all in my head because of him I am finally getting the care I need to have a better quailite of life thank you so much
I have been a patient of Dr Upadhye for 2 yrs he is the best Dr I have been to he always has time for me and never rushes me I have all my results sent to him from any procedures I have done and he explains everything better than my family Dr thanks Dr for controlling my pain and being understanding instead of telling me I am crazy and nothing is wrong as MRIs have proven there are significant problems causing the pain the Dr provided the proper meds and finally I have a better quality of life thank you
I have been a patient of Dr. Upadhyde for over a year now. I would like to clear some of the lies contained in the Dr's rating dated March 13, 2015. First of all the front desk receptionist was in fact rude, miserable and useless. Never even made the effort to help out. She has been placed at the back (a good place for her) and has since been replaced by Richelle and this girl is sooo completely the opposite of the other one. She has a smile ready for you when you check in, is very nice, kind and knowledgeable. Now, my second issue is with the ignorant person that wrote "Dr. Upadye talks a mile a minute and rushes you out of his office so quickly that you can hardly talk. He's s very polite and caring but he needs to spend some more time with his patients listening instead of rushing them out and talking over them. I would suggest that if he's in such a rush that he can't spend more then 5-10 min with each patient he should reduce his patient load" Please read your comment again and try to understand that you are under rating an excellent Dr. who is both professional, and caring (if he wasn't caring, how can he be the man you just described as one who talks over you ........ Now, have you ever asked Dr. Upadhye for more time? I know for a fact that he will accommodate you(but for Dr. Upadhye and Richelle's sake, I hope you have gone bye bye already. Ask and you shall be given. In ending, I would tell you to get lost and find another doctor like Dr. Upadhye and you would go crawling back to him.
Front Desk Staff is rude and condescending. The girl who works at the front desk knows nothing about prescriptions/refills . Makes apts that don't fit your schedule- then you go without your meds for days because they can't fit you in - if they do fit you , its one day and one time they give you or you have to wait weeks - Dr.Upadye is caring but rushes you out within 5-10 min -never really has time to talk - at times talks right over you during that small time your with him I would rate the staff a 0 if I could - I dread dealing with them every month
The front desk staff at his clinic are very rude and condescending. They are very unorganized and know nothing about prescriptiotns refills.They also do not take the time to make correct appointments for the patients and if its wrong you either go without your meds or you have to rush in,usually one date and time available. They hardly answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I never receive my prescriptions on time ( these are narcotics) and often go without for days expeirenceing withdrawal symptoms . When I do receive my prescriptions half the time its wrong.
