I think that Dr. Taylor is great at what she does but her attitude can come off a little strong. I stopped going to her not because of her lack of knowledge or skills. It was mainly because of her attitude. Her treatments were working for me but when you are a patient you want to be handled with care and understanding. The wait time can be a little long but that is to be expected in a Doctors office. The staff is very pleasant. I just didn't like her attitude.

I'd like to start off by saying this review is long overdue! My son was mis diagnosed by a local dermatology office and by the time we found Dr. Taylor he was balding and in a great deal of scalp pain due to wrong treatment of his problem. Within 5 minutes of our visit she was positive she knew what he had and after several tests her diagnosis was confirmed. She then prescribed the appropriate medication and schedule of treatment. Within a month his scalp was 100% healthy and we saw new hair growth. She always took her time to answer all of our questions. I never felt rushed. She was so compassionate about diagnosing and treating my son properly. Had we not found her he would have been bald and scarred for life. She is a life saver in my eyes. We can't thank Dr. Susan Taylor enough!

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I waited an hour and half (!!!) in the waiting room. When my name was finally called, I was brought down into the basement where I was asked to strip down naked (I was getting a skin check) and wait for the doctor to arrive. I waited there -- FREEZING -- for another half-hour before I finally just put my clothes back on, demanded my co-pay back, and left. I never even saw the doctor, and I was there for TWO HOURS total. What's more, I was a new patient and had a bunch of things that I wanted to talk about with the doctor, but the tech told me that Dr. Taylor will only talk about two issues at a time. WHAT? So after waiting that long (and of course it would have been longer had I stayed) I still would have had to come back a second time just to have all my questions answered? This is unacceptable.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Doctors office in my life. I am a ph.D and recognize professionalism and excellence. the fact that I had to wait two hours was outrageous. There was no pace to sit and no one cared about you at all. I think I only got to see the doctor because I became very jest. The doctor, while knowledgeable, is so rude and unprofessional. I went because of hair loss. She asked if I had white balles on my hair. She never looked. She asked if my scalp was irritated. She never looked. She took no type of blood work. She gave a rapid diagnosis and her manner was most abrupt. When I went to ask her a question, her response was, you see, that is why I am so behind. She must have had fifty patients waiting at any time. what doctor ever schedules like that. She obviously. Only cares about the money. I cannot imagine why she has any aliens at all.. A horrible experience which I am going to report further

After reading all of the rather disturbing comments about dr taylor I did not want to go anywhere near her. I work in a gastroenterology office one of the doctors suggested I go see her . I waited in waiting room for about 20 min average wait and in the room for about another 20 when she came in with her assistant she was very pleasant she ask me my history and immediately knew what my problem was . I was allowed to openly talk with her and she didnot cut me off. After she was finished I had to tell her about her rating she said that she had heard about the comments and they hurt her feelings. I don't believe that but I understand why she cannot spend an hour w a patient and frankly I don't want to sit talking for an hour she took care of me in a reasonable amount of time. I think we as patient need to be a little more considerate she is excell at what she does . I went home used the rx and got immed relief I will recommend her I go bk in 3 wks will post again at that time I like her!!

She's too busy to care. I found her to be preoccupied and rushed and frustrated if you had questions.

I've been to Dr. Taylor a few times now and have decided not to come back and to find another doctor going forward. The wait time is way too long (about 45min-hour in the waiting room and an additional 20 minutes in the check-up room until she shows up) after a month wait for the actual app. She has a condescending feel to her and I feel like she even rolled her eyes at me for asking too many questions, it felt like I was wasting her time and she had places to go and people to see. She didn't examined the skin issue I came in for an immediately categorized it and gave me prescription. What I also found annoying was that she likes to drag out app so you come again and she can charge your insurance, regarding follow up appointments and app for additional issues which she does not examine/address when you're already there! She was very short with me in all of the appointments, a bit rude and all in all just not worth it... I will be searching for another doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr. Taylor for a few years, she’s a good doctor but I have to agree with the other comments. I’ve waited upto 1.5hrs and when she comes into the room she always seems to be in a rush. She sees you for about 5mins and she’s out of the room, very unfair for the 1.5hr wait. I have to speak very fast to get all my concerns heard. I think they book to my patients in one day. One day I had an appt and was waiting in the reception area with about literally 15 other people, Dr. Taylor walked up to talk to one of her staff and she looked at the amount of people. I could read her lips “Oh my God!” Clearly too many people for her. She needs to find another doctor to add to the practice

I arrived early for my appointment and was in the waiting room for TWO HOURS along with about 10 other patients. When I finally was taken back to the room, I was in with Dr. Taylor for about 3 seconds, where she barely looked at moles I was concerned about and gave me a strong prescription for my very mild acne (and very sensitive skin) without even looking at my skin, or getting any kind of medical history. I also was disgusted with the "3 topic limit" she imposes because she can't be bothered to spend more than 60 seconds in each consultation. I have never heard of a doctor limiting what you can discuss - that is irresponsible medical care. Her main concern is churning out as many patients as possible (with no concern about how long they wait) so she can make the most money. DISGUSTING way to practice medicine. DO NOT GO HERE!

As a physician, I have very valid expectations for my own care. Dr Taylor barely looked at the moles on my skin and I had to ask her specifically to remove a mole which she did not feel was necessary. I waited for my pathology results for 2 months, and when I did not hear, I called the office for 2 weeks straight trying to get my results. After nurmerous failures by the office to actually return my phone call, I finally got in touch with an office member to give me my results. The mole that I had to strongly urge Dr Taylor to remove was dysplastic (precancerous). The office claimed that sent me notification by mail which I never received. This is unacceptable patient care!! I was never notified by the office that I had a precancerous mole! Please avoid this office and physician for your skin care because if this occured once with me, it is possible that numerous cancers are being missed by her!
