Staff removed my mother's hearing aid to take her temperature in her ear without even asking permission. This was rude, to say the least. And don't they have an oral thermometer in the place? From the moment Dr. Kidd entered the room, she seemed cold and impatient. When done with Mom's exam, she quickly gave instructions on how to manage Mom's symptoms. I asked Dr. Kidd to slow down and speak up, as I didn't think Mom could hear, but she complied only briefly. (Mom didn't have a chance to reinsert her hearing aid.)Dr. Kidd did give a written sheet with instructions, but I don't think she cared if we really understood her oral explanation or not. If she does not care about her patients, especially seniors, then she is in the wrong field! Summary: Dr. Kidd was cold, uncaring and impatient. No Kidding.
