Ratings for Dr. Brenda J. Sickle-Santanello
Dr Brenda is the best. When I had BC in 2/2000 she took control of my care, made sure that everything was taken care of and no stressors other than the fact I had BC. I miss her and wonder about ever finding someone as great. Too bad Ohio Health didn't think so they have lost a couple of great Drs. Hoping Dr Brenda surfaces again.
Had breast cancer in 1/08/2008 ,Staff at hospital were great as well as Dr Brenda.I am doing fine but just found out Dr Brenda is no longer with Surgical oncology.I hate this because she was so caring .Don't know where I will go now.Thae last person I seen at the office was a nurse parctioneer who should not even be allowed to touch another human. She had someone elses records and was telling me my tumor had not shrank and she could not locate any of my checkup results and questioned me about wheather I had been to have them done and then in the end she reilized she had someone elses records by that time the damage had been done,Notified Drs staff and asked them to tell her to call me.She never got the message and the NP called me instead. What ever is happening with the Dr Brenda I wish her well and send her prayers.
My mother had as good an experience as she could with a double lumpectomy.Dr. Brenda is great. Her staff, however, stinks. I have to miss work to take my mother to the doctor (she has dementia); yesterday was the second time in a row I have left her offices without mom seeing anyone. The staff do not call you back; they cancelled the last appointment at 5:30 pm the day before mom's scheduled time and I did not get the message in time. So I took off work for nothing. In rescheduling that appointment for her, they mailed me a letter. It was delivered the day before the appoinment was scheduled. I could not make that appointment, so we were rescheduled AGAIN!I was told that she would see the Nurse Practitioner and it would take about 20 mins. I asked if they were sure because mom had another doc appt right after that one.She said no problem. So, of course, when we got there, they were running at least an hour behind. So we are supposed to come back in March. Sure, I have nothing else to do
