I and my wife were patients of D.Spector, when he was at the Westridge clinic(university of utah health)I was diagnosed at that time with type 2 diabetes. He did not prescibe prescription medications but rather an item from a vitamin store, which I might add was very difficult to locate,INISITOL HEXANIACINATE,telling me that combination only.I did finally locate a supply place in Draper,Ut.I did cut back on sugar and sweets and dropped about 20 lbs of weight.I cannot exactly recall for how many years I tested my sugar almost daily and stayed on that pill.Dr. Spector moved out of our area and I acquired another Dr. in his place. After approximately 2 years he had me tested again for diabetes NO MORE DIABETES.That was probably 3 years ago I am still cautious and occasionally test my sugar with the ACCU CHEK prick your finger kit.I have not taken any medication since cleared up and this morning my sugar reading was 118.That is not bad for a 81 year old former diabetic.ERG

Misdiagnosed me for an appendicitis. Drugged me up then when I kept coming back, started blaming the pain medications. Hospital he works in seemed to back up his blame of the medications too. I had to go to a pain clinic that he seemed more than happy to turn me over to. About a year after seeing him for abdominal pain another doctor did emergency surgery after an ER visit. Other doctor seemed dumbfounded how this happened. The pain clinic kept telling me to go back and have him be more thorough. He would not change anything. I had lived with an appendicitis for almost a year completely drugged up. I even woke up after being put under anesthesia for surgery, because of level of pain meds. Also had to detox from all the pain meds. Acts like he knows what is wrong right away and will not change his mind. I have even seen other patients go off on him. Just tells them to leave without empathy. Showed none to me after what I went through & I will never go back. I stand by what I say.
