Dr. Voepel was courteous and understanding to my wife needs. A little hard to understand at first, but questions were answered. She didn't hesitate to order a catscan. Courtney, her asst. was very knowledgable about our needs also. We were very nervous going in, since pain management was the only option we had left, since multiple back surgeries in the past. Dr. Voepel may be quick and hard to understand but she gets the job done, afterall that is what your there for.

The whole place was unprofessional they did not close doors I could hear three different people answering the assistants questions. The Dr was very rude in and out in literally 2 mins didn't explain a thing.just told me she will give me back injections. I asked her what that is she got mad and said its a back injections for pain..they gave me no brochure or paperwork to tell me what it was. I went home and googled it!! I will never go back!

Very poor experience with Dr Voepel. You have to make an appointment to get a prescription refill which will take at least a half a day (hour or so in the wait room, another half-hour to hour in patient area, 5 mins with doctor, then another hour to get the prescription.) She is a very poor listener and has poor bedside manners. Dr. Voepel jumps to conclusions and makes you feel like you are doing something wrong by asking for pain medication. I would bring the previous months prescription bottle with me to prove the type of medication and date it was prescribed. I had to do this because occasionally their records were incorrect and they would accuse me of doing something wrong. I'm vague about the accusation because it wasn't specific. Mainly she would get in my face and ask what did I do with my medicine then I would be tested. My two main problems were the long waits and her attitude. I felt worse afterwards than when I arrived.

Terrible listener. Doesn't care, rush rush attitude. Called office 4 times for a follow up appt with no return call for 5 days. Thinks ur just there for pain meds. Nurse had attitude, didn't appreciate the way I was treated at all. She did 1 injection on me, she couldn't get my vein to start an iv and she called me weird. Not to mention she will drug test her patients if u ask for pain meds. I will never step foot in her office again. Terrible experience. And my appt was at 8:15am and I wasn't seen until 9:45!!

Not a very good listener, just a quick fix. Cover up pain. But does not get to the source of the pain.
