Doctor was rude and impatient. Doesn't listen to patient and is pushy expecting, even demanding patient follows his advice instead of partnering with patient to plot a "best" course of therapy. From the first visit through the last visit, doector never tries to extablish a postitive relationship with patient...unfriendly and unprofessional. Unsolicited comments by doctor to patient was that the patient was going to die soon...he did this because he was angy that patient did not agree with his suggested course of action.

A thoughtful, good doctor. Takes time to diagnose and sends out for further tests, if needed. Just changed practices (winter, 2009), so he is taking new patients.

One lady at the office named Sandy (sp?) was horrible. She was rude, obnoxious, and hung up on me! Dr. Chaksupa, though, was terrific. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I am glad he is going to a different office. Hope the office staff there is more professional and patient.
