I saw Dr. Ross for many years for T1D, but saw my care declining. He paid no attention to making any changes in my dosages, etc. Really just a social visit. My last visit was terrible, he was mean and rude. I have not been back. I found a wonderful new endo...Dr. Khosla.

The worst experience I have ever had with any physician. Arrogant and entirely ineffective in treating anything more than his own ego. I swiched to another endocrinologist and was helped immediately.

I had my first meeting with Dr. Ross several weeks ago. He was prompt, very friendly and obviously knows what he's doing. I will continue seeing him as my diabetes doc.

Dr Ross is an amazing doctor. I have known him for over 10 years and when my son was diagnosed with diabetes, I had him moved to Dr Ross's care. He believes everyone is an individual and treats you as such. Unlike the cookie cutter, text book analysis offered by 70% of other Alberta Health Care Professionals.

I usually wait 30 to 45 minutes upon arriving for a scheduled appointment, although patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes early. Dr. Ross is very personable but has consistently appeared unprepared for my appointments (unaware of lab date and results, etc.). I don't feel that he understand the impact my as-yet undiagnosed condition has on my quality of life, nor do I feel he is committed to obtaining a definitive diagnosis.

Dr. Ross is tremendously caring when it comes to his patients. He genuinely invests interest in everyone he treats, and despite is busy schedule, he has always made himself available to answer all of my questions. He is a phenomenal specialist.

I adore Dr. Ross and his lovely receptionist. Both were so helpful and supportive with me, when I was diagnosed with type 1. I can't thank them enough or speak highly enough about them.
