Ratings for Dr. Mark Green
Lookiing for a new G.P. Had Dr Green for 30 years but it now takes a month just to see him. The staff are getting a bit unpleasant due to all the complaints he is getting. This is a terrible way to treat people. Try calling it almost impossible to get through. Hope he reads this and does something about it. Hate to say it but it’s time for him to retire. Move to a farm Make and make some hay.
For the love of God get a interactive web site with a contact form so people can post messages and requests for meds. Hire staff to manage it. Dr. Green is a good GP but the way he runs his office is undermining his service to the public. Upgrade your office to meet the demands Mark. Get organized!
We inherited Dr. Green from Dr. FInley when he retired, and we are glad we did. Yes, you have to wait, sometimes for a long time, but isn't it good to know that he will take the time you need when you do see him. We feel lucky to have a Family Dr, in these times, one that knows us by name, and who does followup with you, even when he is supposed to be on vacation. His staff of Kate and Susan are great as well. Very helpful, even if they are sometimes hard to get by phone. I also like meeting some of the interns taking their training in the office. All in all, Mark is a good, caring doctor, who, if he doesn't know something, knows who to send you to for further investigation.
I have been seeing Dr. Green for about 30 years. He is connected to top specialists, held in high esteem, has hospital privilege, takes the time each patient needs, bends but doesn't break when it comes to comfort versus ethics for patient/doctor medication requests. In other words, he's part doctor and part human and one hundred percent top notch, thanks for the years of treatment and support Dr. Green, have a Happy New Year, see you soon.
Too much small talk and not enough action. Trying to get his office on the phone is practically impossible, his receptionist is never at her desk ever. He has no idea how to manage his time, if you get an appointment you might still have to wait forever to get to see him. He's a good doctor but his staff is slow and unresponsive, especially Kate
Great Dr. Agree with all the positive comments of others. Waits are far too long, and the applications for new patients forms on the counter should be removed, as they have no room for new patients!! Am considering going elsewhere, only because of the long waits, sometimes up to 2 hours!
