Ratings for Dr. Michael W. Strohbach
Always takes at least 2 weeks to see him so he essentially no longer provides primary care-you are just supposed to go to urgent care for everything, no continuity of care. Has dropped the ball a lot recently (did not forward lab results to specialist as requested, did not review radiologist's report on xrays he ordered that cited sizable mass in my wrist). My sense is large cause of this is clinic converting to electronic medical records. Steck couldn't hire clerks to key chart notes instead of the docs, inefficient as all heck. Very frustrating and have lost confidence in quality of care, am looking for new primary care, too bad after lots of years there, but I shouldn't have to go get copies of every lab or xray result and review myself to protect against omissions by this provider and I suddenly feel like I have to in order to protect my family.
