Ratings for Dr. Thomas T. Andrew
Love Dr. Tom!! He is compassionate and thoughtful, very thorough with his care. He is often running behind schedule because he gives patients the care they need and spends time getting the details. He will look things up on meds or diagnosis and not just guess and hand out a prescription like most other doctors in this town. He spends the time on you that you need. If that kind of awesome care bothers you, then definitely find one of the in-n-out docs of which we have many in Gillette.
Dr Andrew seems unsure of himself and takes a very long time to get through appointments. Overall he does try to help. His nurses are very nice as well. His office manager and receptionist are ruining him. They want paid before I can even go back and see him, during these difficult time in Gillette and with all the layoffs the staff has no compassion. You're treated as a dollar sign and nothing more. The manager won't allow nurses to return calls to the patients if money is owed. Patients that have seen and paid the doctor for 10 years!!! The manager is so spacey and talks so fast she seems cracked out on meth. Dr. Andrew could be a successful Dr. With the right people behind him but right now the ones behind him are full of greed. They are going to have a patient get denied a phone call that ends up having cancer and he will be sued for negligence. If Lori could go ahead and get hit by a car on the way to work maybe the dr could give proper care and compassion and patients could enjoy the office. It's really sad.
Dr. Andrew is very thorough and thoughtful! I guess in today's society with rush rush rush, maybe not everyone appreciated it, but I do. Yes your appointment may be lengthy, but he is taking the time to listen and think. Most dr. Appointments are only a few minutes with the actual dr. Dr. Andrew keeps up with current research and has focus on treating the cause of problems and not masking the symptoms. He is a wonderful Doctor.
The charges this Dr. charges is just outrageous! He is slow, the appointment took over two hours. He always seems confused, unsure of himself & changes his mind often. Husband went for a specific illness that was never addressed by the Dr. We asked three times if he felt he could treat the illness & all three times he avoided the question. The 450.00 charge was a new patient charge, the next appointment was 225.00. There won't be a third one!
Dr. Andrew is an amazing doctor. My husband has seen tons of doctors. They never took the time or care to diagnose him. Dr. Andrew tried everything he could, and successfully diagnosed and is helping my husband. After three years. He's the only doctor, Our family will use.
Dr. Andrews is a very caring guy. He spends time with his patients and listens to them. He is often running behind schedule (tip: get an appointment as early in the day as possible) because he gives patients the care they need including me. He actually gets out books and looks things up like prescription drug side effects, etc. Very reserved young fellow. He is a thinker, and my favorite doctor I have ever had.
