Ratings for Dr. Mark W. Lollar
Dr. Lollar is an excellent OB/GYN and surgeon. He delivered my twin boys in an emergency C-section and the only discomfort I felt after the surgery was slight soreness from the incision. The incision itself is remarkable – only 3 weeks after the C-section it is barely visible. Dr. Lollar truly missed his calling as a plastic surgeon. I began seeing Dr. Lollar right after I became pregnant with the twins and have been very happy with the experience. He was always on time for my appointments and never made me feel rushed. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t “beat around a bush” – he’ll tell you the way it is in a very calm and reassuring demeanor. Dr. Lollar is attentive, personable and has a great approach to managing a pregnancy. His office staff is fantastic – always friendly, punctual and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Lollar (especially if you’re dealing with high risk pregnancy and/or expected to have a C-section).
Dr. Lollar is an excellent ob/gyn:))) He is an awesome doctor:))) Unfortunately, I had a laproscopic supracervical hysterectomy on 1/29/10. He is an excelleny surgeon:))) The only pain I felt was from the surgery was slight soreness from the incision sites and gas pain from co2 that was used during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Lollar if anyone needs ob/gyn.
I am a curent patient and had my second child while with his practice. Mine was a high risk pregnacy and I had to have frequen visits. I often felt rushed and treated with lack of sensitivity. he is friendly but superficial and not very attentive. His staff was quite good and he was knowledgable and my C-section too was very smooth compared to my first one. But I take points away from him for lack of compassion/understanding for his patient's needs. (and I'm quite an easy going patient)I'll be looking for a new Ob/Gyn soon.
This was my second pregnacy nine years later so I was given Dr. Lollar's info and thought I would given him a shot I had heard so me good things when I came in his office and staff seemed nice but, that is where it ends. Upon meeting him I had tons of questions I was given limited time and felt I was being pushed out the door upon my next visit he diagnosed some issues that would require me to get weekly bloodwork done for the remainder of my pregnancy. I never once got a call from anyone in the office regarding lab results I would call and ask to speak with him or a nurse and never get return calls then he went on vacation and I had some major issues and his nurse treated me without consulting him or his other assocate in his office. That is where I drew the line I am there to be treated by him not his nurse. Bottom line he was not the doctor for me but, he might be for others
I love Dr. Lollar! He delivered my first child, he has also performed two surgeries on me and was absolutely amazing. Thanks to his guidance my husband and I are finally expecting after 4 years of trying to conceive, Dr. Lollar is my first choice for care during this pregnancy too! Also the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Dr. Lollar and staff are the best! You will be treated with respect and your questions will be answered. You don't wait in his waiting room, and his whole staff greets you with smiles. He delivered both of my children and I have nothing negative to say about the experiences. Don't waste your time elsewhere.
Fabulous doctor. He took care of me throughout my pregnancy with my daughter. I was very sick and couldn't hold any food or liquids down and he gave me meds to get me better. He answered and still does every question and concern I have. He is very attentive and really makes you know that he cares about you and that you are a priority. Hands down the best doctor ever!
