I want to tell you of my life before and after prostate surgery in late January 2014. I had an elevated PSA count at my family MD Eric Brandeberry. A second test 2 weeks later had the same results. I was then referred to Gregory Adams MD. A biopsy from Dr Adams showed I had cancer in 3 of 4 quadrants of the prostate. I chose surgery to remove the cancer. I was home 12 hours after surgery. 2 1/2 weeks later Adams staff removed the catheter and drain. I found that pads and diapers were not needed as I easily controlled my bladder function. I have gone 11 months since surgery and my PSA count is still zero. I owe my longer life expectancy to Greg Adams MD, Eric Brandeberry MD, The Urology Associates, and Kalispell Regional Hospital. I am telling my story to give a positive affirmation so all men to get their PSA count blood test. Ken Weaver
